Mr. Talbot developed his first business while attending Arizona State University. Using it to finance his education, he learned the essentials of business early on. Mr Talbot has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Early in his career, he helped develop the highly successful Mill Cue Club in Tempe Arizona, a renowned nightclub now on its 24th year. Following his success at Mill Cue Club, he created and developed the Award winning Half Moon Sports Grill concepts in 2000. Half Moon was one of the pioneer sports bars that introduced high tech audio/visual along with great food in Arizona. In 2005, Mr Talbot received the National Republican Congressional Committee’s 2005 Businessman of the Year. He and is team are also responsible for the creation and development of Scramble. a Breakfast and Lunch Joint. The first location was opened in 2009 and has been one of the highest rated breakfast establishments in the Valley since its opening and are currently expanding to four locations. Mr. Talbot is often interviewed and quoted in the Phoenix Business Journal and Arizona Business Magazine for his entrepreneurial insights. Mr. Talbot is the creative force in the design and business development of IHG projects

Clay Moizo
Principle

Mr. Moizo has 25 years experience in the hospitality industry.  From his early days which included the launch of Planet Hollywood to his current position as Principle parter with IHG, his passion has been restaurant and nightclub operations. His hands on experience included managing Mill Cue Club, an award-winning billiards nightclub in Tempe, AZ for 5 years before joining the IHG team to launch the Half Moon Sports Grill concept in 2000.  Mr. Moizo’s expertise in product knowledge, staff productivity and program implementation have yielded impressive results in efficiencies & cost levels throughout his career.  While under his direction Half Moon Sports Grill has twice been awarded Best Phoenix Sports Bar and is a 4 time award recipient of Best Wings in the annual New Times “Best of Phoenix”publication.  In 2009 Mr. Moizo was an integral part of the launch of Scramble, A Breakfast and Lunch Joint concept.  Scramble has quickly solidified itself as a player in the breakfast segment with glowing reviews in every major Phoenix publication and has been featured on countless local news cooking segments.  Mr. Moizo’s is currently on the Board for the Bar and Nightclub and shares his passion for the food and beverage industry.  His effective style of management and commitment to service excellence has greatly contributed to the success of the IHG concepts.  

Mr. Leclere has experience in developing facilities from build out to initial training and store openings. From operations including

managing night clubs such as Hi-Fi Kitchen & Cocktails to fine dining restaurants such as Renegades and Renegades North. Mr. Leclere’s diverse experience also includes airport operations like SSP America  handling 10 plus full scale restaurants inside Terminal 4 at Sky Harbor Airport. He is well seasoned in the industry standards with high expectations of success as well as a track record of hard work. Mr. Leclere joined the IHG team in 2013 to help open and train the second Scramble Location in Scottsdale Arizona. Throughout his career he’s accrued accounting skills, computer competencies, POS System management, and accomplished all management

certifications with honors.
